Im a resident of Sleepy Hollow, how do I join the SHHA and the Pool?
I'm not a resident, how do I join the Pool
How do I log in?
  - Go to www.shha.org
 
  - Click the "Log In" button, top right corner of the Home page 
 
  - Enter your email and password
 
I forgot my Password
  - On the "Log In" page, click "forgot my password"
 
  - The system will email you a new password
 
How do I pay online?
  - If you are already a member, log in to the site and you will be promoted to pay online
 
  - Follow the instructions provided on the page
 
  
  
I don't want to pay online - Where do I mail my check?
  
  
  How do I update my profile or privacy settings?
  
    - Once you are logged in, click on your name on the top right corner of the home page
 
    - From the you can update your profile information, privacy and email notification settings
 
  
  How do I change my membership level
- Once you are logged in, click on your name on the top right corner of the home page
 - From the you can Click "Change" next to your membership level

How do I obtain a unique login and password for another family member?
  
 
  
    
      - This is not required but sometimes there may be a need to have separate logins for the adults in the household
 
      - If this is needed, the primary member (the adult member who already has a login) can add another member in "Profile" section
 
      - Select add a Bundle Member and follow the instructions to add another member
