Renovation Plan

Phase 1 will complete roofing, siding, improved site drainage, new sewer laterals, safety conscious drive-through off Butterfield, all new windows, skylights, and doors, electrical, plumbing, and exterior siding for the entire main building, and interior finish for the Porch Library, Founders Room, Legends Room, SHFPD office, kitchen, and flex room, plus a new entry and half bath. Bathrooms/locker rooms remodel and new outdoor showers are Phase 2, which will begin as soon as fundraising is possible again. Thanks to the Sleepy Hollow Tennis Club, the C.E.R.T storage will be completed as soon as it can be worked into the construction schedule without impairing pool access.
