Cardio kickboxing is a non-contact, group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout can be high or low impact and will get your heart pumping! This is a FULL BODY and sweaty workout done standing (socially distanced), and we will finish with an ab/arm segment on the floor. No experience necessary – just a good attitude and willingness to throw some (air) punches!
Please bring a mat, water bottle and sweat towel.
