6 Week Session on Tuesdays 4:00pm - 5:30 pm (Sep. 13th - Oct 18th)

The community center will be open after school for enrolled kids to arrive early, work on homework, have a snack, etc prior to class starting.  Snacks (chips & bars) will be available for purchase.

Here are the details for the first session:

SPAIN, UKRAINE, HUNGARY

All classes are super hands-on and interactive. In addition to art and preparing/sampling recipes, students will also learn fun facts about each country. Description of classes:

Sept. 13 - Spain Art (Mosaic Picture Frames)

Sept. 20 - Spain Cooking (Chicken and Sausage Paella)

Sept. 27 - Ukraine Art (Sunflower Peace Paintings)

Oct. 4 - Ukraine Cooking (Halushki - Sausage and White Bean Stew)

Oct. 11 - Hungary Art (Paper Tulip Art)

Oct. 18 - Hungary Cooking (Chicken Paprikash - Creamy, spiced chicken dish served over noodles)
