New! Mini-Retreats for busy lives

Fall can be a lot - new schedules, teachers, jobs and the changing season can sweep us up in a momentum that can take on a life of its own. We all need to press pause some days! Local resident, health coach and yoga teacher Kari Baigrie is offering a series of 3 mini-retreats, making space for time-out from the hustle and live lives that reflect what is most meaningful to us.

Mini-retreats will kick off on Sunday September 18, from 2-6pm. Our time together will start with an all-levels yoga practice (newbies are welcome!), allowing generous time to move our bodies, and enjoy the deep rest that yoga brings after we move. We will take a break, drink tea and chat, before moving in to guided conversation and mediation, taking our cues from the fall season. Tapping in to our inner wisdom, we will let go of what er are done with and create room for what makes us whole. We will close our time together with gentle movement and yoga nidra (ie rest!).

FAQs

Yoga will be all levels, come in comfortable clothes you can move in.

Bring a yoga mat if you have one, a journal or notebook if you like to journal, a water bottle and a yoga bolster or mediation cushion if you have one.

There will be some snacks, hot water and tea so bring your own teacup if you prefer not to use paper!
