How do you fuel your body for exercise? While there are hundreds of lifestyle choices out there, and many people have found the one that works best for them, most don’t even know where to start sorting through it all. If that’s you, my advice is to keep it simple! When you think about fueling your body, you need to think in terms of fueling it prior to your workout and fueling it for recovery afterwards - basics will be discussed in this class.
