Come as you are at 6:30 PM on Thursday, May 9
Wear cozy clothes and layers - bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and whatever your heart desires to keep you comfy. You will be lying down taking it all in with nothing to do but enjoy!
We will start with some beverages and light nibbles and then begin our journey into relaxation together. Please be on time and sign up as soon as possible as spots are limited.
