2023 Membership season starts Jan 1

SHHA members continue a long tradition of caring for the community we love as well as enjoying membership benefits.

SHHA dues are $365, or $330 for seniors 65+.
Pool membership fees for SHHA members are $295, or $245 for seniors.
When you renew or join on the website, you can also choose to annual recurring or annually renewing SHHA membership.

**If you choose Annual Recurring membership fees your credit card will be automatically charged annually. You will also save $10 off you SHHA Membership.
Friends of Sleepy Hollow Pool Membership, Families outside Sleepy Hollow may join the Sleepy Hollow Pool on a space available basis for $770.

Annual dues and generous volunteering make possible:

Operation of Community Center and pool at 1317 Butterfield Road, home of the SH Sea Lions Swim Team, Boy Scouts and Cub Scout Pack 50, and our Polling place;
Community wide and member events including: the parade and all-day festivities on July 4th, summer pool socials that bring neighbors together, and the annual President's Party;
Efforts of our Creek Committee, Safe Streets Committee and liaison with county agencies and other jurisdictions, giving us a voice on issues regarding traffic safety, emergency services, public works and maintenance, and bus service.
SHHA members receive the monthly Sleepy Hollow Bulletin, may rent the clubhouse for a private party or advertise in the bulletin at discounted rates, attend SHHA Board Meetings, and vote at membership meetings.

SHHA membership is mandatory for residents' participation in any of the following:

Eligibility for SHHA membership extends to all residents of Sleepy Hollow and of the Sleepy Hollow Fire Protection District. A detailed map of Sleepy Hollow residential borders can be found here.

For Residents of Sleepy Hollow

New members, please start the process here.
For renewing your membership, please login to your profile. You can access your profile by going to the home page and click on the "Renew Membership" button.

If you pay by check, please print and sign:

Pool Release and Hold Harmless Agreement (only if joining the pool)

Write the check for the full amount, payable to Sleepy Hollow Homes Association and send the signed agreement(s) and the check to:

Allow 2 weeks for processing.

For Non- Residents, we accept only online payment. Please start the process at the top of this page.

Privacy:

No one can access your information without your authorization, except SHHA will communicate with you about events in or important to Sleepy Hollow, and may share your email address with the SHFPD.
